Frequently Asked Questions about McCormick Place Parking

1. Do you have overnight RV parking?

Yes, McCormick Place offers overnight RV parking for guests. Please pre-purchase parking for RVs online in advance of your visit.

2. Does RV parking need to be purchased in advance, or can I pay when I arrive?

RV parking can only be pre-purchased using the online McCormick parking widget on the home page.

3. Where should I park if Lot A is filled to capacity?

If you prefer enclosed parking, you can proceed to Lot C of Fort Dearborn Road along Lake Shore Drive. Or you can park in the outdoor lot, Lot B on 31st Street and Moe Drive.

4. What are the clearance limits in the garages?

Lot A: 8'0"

Lot B: No clearance limit (outdoor lot).

Lot C: 6'4"

5. Are there electric car charging stations in the garages?

There are 4 Chargepoint charging stations located on the second floor of Lot A. If you are not a member of Chargepoint, you can sign up for electric car charging onsite.

6. Are there in and out privileges?

Event Parking
If you purchase prepaid Attendee and/or Exhibitor parking, you will have in-and-out privileges and the space is guaranteed even if the facility is filled to capacity.

Daily Parking
At this time, there are no in-and-out privileges for daily parkers.

7. Do I need to print out my prepaid parking pass, or can I use it on my phone?

All the locations allow you to scan a prepaid pass whether it is printed or on your smart phone.
